TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS

‘Company’ means MFK Digital Limited or any company which is part of the MFK Group
‘Customer’ means any customer of the Company taking advantage of this introductory offer
‘Offer’ means this £160.00 discount offer
‘Order’ means an official order placed by the Customer with the Company relating to this Offer

1. The Offer applies to new and existing customers of the Company.
2. The Offer only applies to the first order placed with the Company in 2008 and subsequent orders do not qualify for the Offer.
3. The Order placed must be a new job of work which the Company has not previously carried out for the Customer, i.e. not repeat business relating to a recurring job of work.
4. The minimum value of the Order qualifying for this Offer is £1000 (excluding VAT).
5. The £160.00 offer is a discount and shall be deducted by the Company from the total ex-VAT value of the order.
6. The offer shall be redeemed only by way of a discount and no cash or other payment in kind shall be made by the Company to the Customer.
7. The Order shall be made by the Customer in writing on the Customer’s official purchase order or letterhead stationery.
8. The Offer does not affect a Customer’s statutory rights.
